Do you feel lost, anxious, often sad? Do you feel like you're wearing a mask in society, not really knowing who you are or not daring to be yourself? Do you suffer in your relationships with others or in your self-esteem?
I am happy to accompany you through these challenges. My goal is to offer you a judgment-free space, full of kindness, and tools to help you feel more confident and authentic.
As a licensed psychotherapist in cognitive behavioral therapy, I also enjoy integrating other methods such as mindfulness and relaxation, schema therapy, and emotion-focused therapy. An approach sensitive to issues of gender, sexuality, and migration backgrounds is particularly important to me.
Working on oneself with a psychologist, in my view, is a balanced mix of the client’s efforts and the support provided by the psychologist. I enjoy giving deepening exercises to practice between sessions, encouraging you to become as independent as possible and (re)gain confidence in yourself.
